Our road trip to Port Stephens was a wonderful weekend filled with beautiful scenery, great food, fine hospitality and unforgettable moments shared with friends.
Morisset Park – A Beautiful Start to the Journey
Our journey began at the picturesque Trinity Point, surrounded by stunning waterfront views and the peaceful beauty of Lake Macquarie. It was the perfect place to slow down, enjoy a delicious lunch at “8 at Trinity” and soak up the relaxed atmosphere before continuing our adventure.
This special weekend was made even more memorable as we celebrated the birthdays of ACJC Sydney Mr Douglas You and Mr Henry Tang. Surrounded by friends, laughter and beautiful moments, the celebration added an extra touch of joy and warmth to our journey. It was a wonderful opportunity to share heartfelt wishes, create new memories and celebrate friendship together in a beautiful setting.
Port Stephens – Coastal Beauty & Relaxation
Port Stephens welcomed us with its spectacular coastline, tranquil waters and laid-back seaside charm. Staying at the beautiful Anchorage Hotel & Spa added a touch of luxury to the weekend, creating the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the region.
An Unforgettable Macallan Whisky Gala Dinner
The highlight of the evening was an exclusive Macallan Whisky Gala Dinner, bringing everyone together for an elegant and memorable night. Dressed in pink, guests enjoyed wonderful food, fine whisky and great conversations in a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.
Exploring Port Stephens
The following day was all about discovering the beauty of Port Stephens. From its stunning coastal landscapes to its peaceful bays and surrounding nature, the region offered plenty of opportunities to relax, explore and enjoy the outdoors.
Following our Port Stephens adventure, members gathered at Saddles Mount White for a relaxing late lunch surrounded by beautiful countryside scenery. The charming rural setting, elegant atmosphere and delicious food provided the perfect ending to a memorable weekend.
