The Australian Chinese Jockey Club (ACJC) had a successful special banquet prepared by Masterchef Tan from Guangzhou China. This event took place on Tuesday, 12th March 2024. He had prepared a special banquet for ACJC members and friends, plus black Caviar, Diageo Scotch whiskey, Don Julio Tequila and fine Penfolds Wine. Perfect match.
