A very busy Thursday - travel to Gosford to support our members' horse Ladies Gem in the morning.  And then back to Randwick to attend Racing's night of Champions 2017 charity function in support of Prince of Wales hospital Foundation. This weekend, a group of ACJC members & their family had the pleasure of staying at Milton Park Country House Hotel and Spa in Bowral - thank you to Coco and Michael for your warm hospitality. We finished the weekend off with a truffle hunt and truffle degustation at The Truffle Farm Canberra - thank you to Jacinda and Henry for organizing this. We learnt all about truffle cultivation, and how to use it properly in cooking - definitely an experience to remember!
