This weekend, a group of ACJC members & their family had the pleasure of staying at Milton Park Country House Hotel and Spa in Bowral - thank you to Coco and Michael for your warm hospitality. We finished the weekend off with a truffle hunt and truffle degustation at The Truffle Farm Canberra - thank you to Jacinda and Henry for organizing this. We learnt all about truffle cultivation, and how to use it properly in cooking - definitely an experience to remember!
