Recently, members of the Australian Chinese Jockey Club (ACJC) gathered alongside valued guests from Acurancy Insurance for an extraordinary evening at Zilver Chatswood: the Guojiao 1573 (國窖1573) Special Tasting Dinner.
While racing celebrations often call for Champagne, fine wine, or whiskey, this evening offered an immersive cultural journey into the world of China’s most celebrated Baijiu.
